PRE-KINDERGARTEN
Our Pre-K program is a full day program for 3 & 4 year olds. Class environments are geared toward early development of fundamentals required in the intellectual, spiritual, moral, and physical growth of the child. Pre-K is essential to giving children the building blocks of a great future.
DAILY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE
- Morning prayer
- Pledge of Allegiance
- Group activities, including: calendar (month, day, year), weather, ABC's and related phonic, colors, shapes, etc.
- Morning snack time
- Story time, language arts, science, and social studies activities
- Religion
- Math (counting, numerical & written word recognition) and handwriting practice
- Lunch
- Recess, rest / nap-time
- Afternoon snack (if desired)
- Free centers - children rotate: block, home, reading, math, manipulatives, art, etc.
- Reading
- Closing prayer
